    By booking using this website, you are dealing direct with Elsey on Parap Staff, which gives you more control over your booking.

  • Can I Check in Early?

    Our Checkin time is 2pm. If your apartment is available prior we are more than happy to extend an early check in however we can only confirm this on your day of arrival. If your apartment is not available we can store your luggage in Reception.

  • How do I check in after the Reception is closed?

    Please contact us prior to arrange a late arrival and we will leave your apartment key and carpark entrance remote in the Late Arrivals Key Safe – situated at the entrance to the property.

  • What time is checkout time?

    Check out time is 10 am. You are most welcome to request a late checkout however this cannot be guaranteed.

  • Is my Apartment serviced daily?

    Our Apartments are serviced every 5 days. A daily towel refresh and rubbish removal is available for a small charge. If required, please confirm well in advance of your arrival.

  • Is there a Laundry?

    Each Apartment has its own internal laundry featuring washing machine, dryer, drying rack and Iron and Ironing Board.

  • Where do I park?

    Elsey on Parap has secure undercover parking with lifts to all floors.

  • Do you have Non- Smoking Apartments?

    All Apartments at Elsey on Parap are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted on outside balconies only.

  • Any Shops/Restaurants/Cafes close by?

    Directly opposite Elsey on Parap is the Parap Village Precinct. Here you will find a number of Restaurants and Café’s. Also a boutique Supermarket, Butcher, Bakery, Chemist and UBET TAB. The Parap Tavern is only 250m along Parap Road.
